About the Flower
Hibiscus petals, dried whole, hold their colour and tartness long after harvest. Steeped hot or poured over ice, the same ruby red comes through — no dye, no additive, just the flower doing what it does.
Storage
Storage
Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Colour and taste may vary batch to batch — that is the herb, not a flaw.
Brewing
Brewing
1 tsp (approx. 2g) in 200ml water, just off the boil. Steep 5–7 minutes. Add honey to balance the tang.
