Ingredients: Hibiscus Flower (100%)
Brewing: 0.7g flowers in 150ml water, just off the boil. Steep 5-6 minutes. Strain into a cup. To taste, add honey.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Colour and taste may vary batch to batch — that is the herb, not a flaw. Keep the zip closed after opening.
