About the Leaf
Whole green tea leaves, plucked and lightly processed to keep their grassy freshness. Brewed just off the boil, the leaf stays sweet — bitterness only comes from water too hot or a steep too long.
Storage
Storage
Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Colour and taste may vary batch to batch — that is the herb, not a flaw.
Brewing
Brewing
1 tsp (approx. 2g) in 200ml water, just off the boil (not fully boiling). Steep 2–3 minutes.
