About the Flower

1 tsp (approx. 2g) in 200ml water, just off the boil. Steep 5 minutes. Strain into a cup. To taste, add honey.

Aroma: delicate, grassy, faintly floral. Taste: mild and earthy, a little sweet, no bitterness. Colour: deep indigo, shifting to violet with lemon. Caffeine: none. Best time: evening, the hour before sleep.
